    The 2024–2025 season has been a mixed bag for Dagenham & Redbridge. Notably, on 26th December 2024, the Daggers faced a challenging match against Braintree Town, resulting in a 4-2 defeat. Kyrell Jeremiah Lisbie and Chay Cooper scored twice for Braintree, pushing Dagenham further down the league table.

    This loss contributed to underwhelming performances, leading to the club’s decision to part ways with manager Ben Strevens on 27th December 2024. The team’s position near the relegation zone necessitated a change in leadership to rejuvenate their campaign.
